Esalen - Day 4

It is the middle of our last full day of class. It's hot and there is smoke in the air from the fires south of here. The kelp flies are out in full force and they are very aggressive today. I'm not in the best mood. 25 minutes until class starts up again. I should probably take a walk or something...
