Day 5 - Regensburg

Today we are in Regensburg and I finally found a cafe with free wireless! The Boston Coffee Community near city hall. Regensberg is about 2000 years old. The main cathedral here is gothic. (Passau's was baroque.) Regensburg wasn't very important during WWII and so was spared any bombing. It's monuments did not have to be rebuilt unlike most of the other monuments we'll see on this trip. It also has the first stone bridge on the Danube. There are also a lot of students here and so it boasts the most pubs per square kilometer in Germany. (We generally sail at night, so we are unable to enjoy them.) Speaking of sailing, we sail in an hour. There is a beer garden in the middle of the aforementioned bridge that I'd like to check out.
